You're in good hands.
Fellow is more than a partner for clinical semen analysis. We're also at the forefront of large-scale research into best practices and factors impacting male reproductive health.
Scheduling semen analysis at a lab can be awkward and inconvenient, and delay fertility consultations. Our mail-in process streamlines the process and provides an elevated experience for patients.
Easy mail-in testing helps ensure male partners are assessed up front so that both partners can be evaluated in parallel and a path to treatment can be discussed.
90% of fertility patients complete Fellow semen analysis within two months. 93% of Fellow users rate us an 8 out of 10 or above.
We notify you and the patient when results are ready. Friendly, easy-to-understand reports explain key metrics.
Once a kit is purchased and activated, Fellow takes the lead. No more phone calls to coordinate testing.
Your clinic works with a Fellow representative to identify the best ordering workflow for your practice and patients.

Prospective data were collected on 16,000+ men who received a Fellow PVSA kit between April 2021 and August 2023. Overall compliance across all practice areas was 69% at 18 weeks post-vasectomy, and 82% at 40 weeks.
Fellow's validation study demonstrated that our mail-in semen analysis testing system has a strong degree of correlation between 1-hour and delayed SA testing.
This test may be used in clinical practice to evaluate semen quality for fertility evaluations.
