How do I ship my kit back?
Your kit must be shipped back on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning, and you must send it back the same day you produce your sample. The overnight shipping label is already on the box, and all you have to do it drop your kit off at a UPS Store (not a Drop Box or Access Point) before the overnight shipping cut-off time.

Our mail-in semen analysis process is validated to minimize motility and morphology loss in transit and to account for loss that does occur with our proprietary algorithm. Overnight shipping is included so your sample reaches us fast; kits are designed and rigorously tested to keep your sample within a reasonable temperature range; and our proprietary preservation solution provides additional stabilization.
Some sperm will die or stop moving, but our algorithm is validated to predict how your sperm degrade over time, which powers our ability to provide results that are on par with those from a traditional, in-person lab.

Is Fellow covered by insurance or FSA/HSA?
Fellow kits are paid for out-of-pocket. They are typically eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement, but confirm with your plan to be sure. For commercial insurance, Fellow provides an itemized receipt that you can submit for potential reimbursement. The receipt is available via your Fellow account (once results are returned) by logging in and clicking your name in the top right corner of your screen.
