You're in good hands.
CNY partners with Fellow because we're the only mail-in solution with:
In the past, sperm testing meant waiting for an appointment, then producing a semen sample at a lab. With Fellow, a sample is produced at home and mailed in.
Other mail-in tests can fail without refrigeration, or require you to gather up your semen with a syringe and mix it with other things. Fellow's process is simple and fast.

How do I ship my kit back?
Your kit must be shipped back on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning, and you must send it back the same day you produce your sample. The overnight shipping label is already on the box, and all you have to do it drop your kit off at a UPS Store (not a Drop Box or Access Point) before the overnight shipping cut-off time.

Some sperm will die, but we have developed and validated an algorithm that accurately predicts how sperm degrade over time. Using this algorithm, we can calculate clinically accurate results.
